Introducing Checkers Puzzle Streak (Survival Mode), 60 3400+ Elo NNUE-Verified Puzzles & 6-Language Global Support
Over the past week, we shipped our 3400+ Elo WebAssembly SIMD128 NNUE Checkers Engine & 6-Piece Endgame Tablebase. Today, we are putting that superhuman neural network to work to overhaul how players train tactics: launching 🔥 Checkers Puzzle Streak (Survival Mode), expanding our tactical vault to 60 multi-step NNUE-verified combinations, and bringing full 6-language global support across our entire platform.
Why Most Checkers Puzzles Are Broken—And How Our 3400+ Elo NNUE Engine Fixed Them
Because American Checkers enforces the mandatory capture rule, poorly designed puzzle collections often commit a fatal mistake: they start a puzzle when a capture is already on the board, leaving the player with only 1 or 2 forced legal jumps. Calling a 1-move forced jump a "Master Puzzle" defeats the entire purpose of tactical calculation.
To build a genuinely challenging tactical training vault, we built an automated puzzle mining pipeline powered directly by our 3400+ Elo Rust/WebAssembly SIMD128 NNUE engine and 6-piece WDL endgame tablebase. Every single candidate position had to pass four strict mathematical filters before entering our 60-puzzle vault:
🚫 1. Zero Forced Opening Jumps
Every single puzzle (100% of all 60 positions) begins in a quiet, non-capture decision state. You are never handed an automatic jump on Move 1.
🎯 2. 4 to 10 Legal Moves & 1 Unique Solution
At the starting position, you face between 4 and 10 legal moves. Our 3400+ Elo NNUE engine verified that only one exact quiet move wins, while every alternative move drops at least 250+ centipawns or walks into a counter-trap.
⛓️ 3. Multi-Step Sacrifice Chains (2 to 4 Steps)
Instead of one-move wonders, the vault features 22 two-step traps, 34 three-step combinations (pitch-and-wait + double/triple jump), and 4 four-step Grandmaster combinations totaling 160+ interactive player moves.
👑 4. Tablebase Endgame Precision
Low-piece king endgames and First Position / breeches traps are cross-checked against our 6-piece WDL tablebase so every final sweep is 100% mathematically sound.

Inspired by competitive chess survival modes, Puzzle Streak tests how far your tactical calculation holds up under escalating pressure:
